Not that kind of memoir.
Tech stuff, and How I Did It kind of things. Besides, I was a real lovable guy who got along with everybody.
One of the best ones I've ever read along these lines is the book "Ignition" by John D. Clark ("An informal history of liquid rocket propellants"). Much more fun to read than you might think it would be.
Long out of print, unfortunately, but possibly available in libraries. You don't want to know what used bookdealers are charging. I got my copy as a gift.
