Disingenuity.

You know exactly what I mean. Most may not think about it but the folks who come here and start threads are the primary producers, the responders are secondary users. Sure some of the secondary users are as useful as the producers in generating content while others are more the briefest of footnotes and, if anything, merely speed the end of a thread.

I'm not a primary producer here anymore, I'm a secondary user responder and the threads I contribute to generally are small in number. The size of my posts, the word count, make it seem like my footprint on the Zone is larger than it is.

Raoul is an example of a space board primary producer, TB and Bowser are examples of CE, Off topic & Flame producers. Some secondary folks are almost as important as primary producers because they are like bees and are pollinating many posts and making them bloom.

It's just another useful way of looking at things. Take away the primary producers and the boards stall. Take away the secondary tier and the boards also stall. Some posters are not merely primary producers but also act as a secondary posters.

It's a hive here in the Zone and the primary producer on all boards becomes the equivalent of the queen bee. TB has held that role for some time and the server logs attest to it.
