My first goal would be to isolate Islam. It should be outlawed in the West. Stop allowing Muslims to immigrate to Western countries. Stop sharing technology and wealth with them. Cancel all passports, green cards,and work permits for those living in the West.

For the ones who are citizens, ask them to renounce their belief in Islam or pay them to leave if they don't. For the ones who stay, they should be treated the same as the polygamists in Texas. Their ideology should be stygmatized and ridiculed in public.

As for the MidEast, we should tell them that they can worship whatever perverted child molester they want to. They can cut each others hands and heads off all they want to, but if one terrorist action is perpertrated against a Western target (this includes Israel), their "holy" sites will begin to disappear in a cloud of dust and debris. We had a MAD doctrine with the former USSR, and I think it's time for a new one concerning Islam. A doctrine of Mullah Assurd Destruction.
