As I carefully pointed out, my comments on the original post were directed at the views of the writer, not Denmark in general.

Denmark is an important touchstone for exactly what we're dealing with. Denmark didn't invade an Arab country, or do all the other things the U.S. has supposedly done to piss off the Righteous.

Someone in Denmark drew a cartoon.

This is how low the bar is to get on the radical Islamist shitlist. If it wasn't that, it would be something else. There is no rationality here, or something that can be "negotiated" or "engaged with."

Osama bin Laden killed thousands of Americans for the crime of having some U.N.-approved air support personnel on the ground in Saudi Arabia. If it hadn't been that, it would have been something else.

BTW, I'm not responsible for anyone's posts other than my own. A lot of times I don't even read the other ones. I'm sure you can sort the conversations out separately.
