Feel free.

But it remains that the architecture of AGW management programs is still undetermined and undefined, and its constituency is a disorganized collection of petty bureaucrats and academics that will probably not even be in power when it is finalized. At most, all they can hope for is a job out of this, and they have no guarantee of getting it, or any hope of leveraging it into a multimillion dollar executive salary. Many of the scientific and academic organizations involved already have charters that do not involve them in administration of these programs. They have nothing to gain one way or the other.

On the other hand, those who will tend to suffer financially from AGW regulation already exist, they are colossal, they have demanding, influential, affluent and ruthless stockolders, and are managed by executives whose extravagant salaries and bonuses depend on keeping the economic interests of thse organizations healthy and constantly growing. They have every incentive to keep things as they are.

I'm sorry, that's how my view of the world has evolved, and I've learned nothing yet that contradicts it.
