Bowser is welcome to document any time in the past generation where Israeli military or police actions were not precipitated by terrorist attacks, often specific ones.

Bowser is fond of tossing out ancient quotes. The source of the often-used Dayan quote is Noam Chomsky, who attributes it to Dayan. I have seen no other source for this statement anywhere, other than constant repetition by leftists.
