Lindy, rocket attacks on Israel also kill anyone they hit. Very few are aimed at Israel's military facilities. Precision attacks on military targets are a hallmark of Western nations. Deliberate attacks on civilians, shops, marketplaces, cafes, hotels, bus stops, etc. are a hallmark of radical Arab terrorists. This crucial difference in intent seems to elude you.
