Why did they fly past the Kennedy/LBJ years?

I noticed they briefly mention Kennedyâ€™s role and ran past his and LBJ years in office. They were quick put Budh and Reagan in the middle of it, but failed to to the same for Kennedy and LBJ.

Kind of like when people forget that the Kennedy/LBJ administration got us into Vietnam and Nixon got us out.
