I'm posting this on Flame because I expect this to generate some very vicious opposition from the conservatives but I'm itching for a fight on this one so bring it on.

I realize this article is from a very liberal website so if that offends you skip the Bush bashing parts and read the non-editorialized sections that illustrate how the administration plans to punish the states trying to get free or subsidized health care to their children.

If this doesn't get your blood boiling, it's all been replaced with ice water.
