that my positions on universal health care have nothing to do with any plan Hillary Clinton comes up with or for that matter most politicians. They're too heavily bought and sold by the insurance companies to ever make the full step and eliminate them completely.

No, the only thing that works is completely eliminating the middleman and paying any doctors that wish to be part of the system a direct annual salary from the government with all services at no cost to residents of this country. I have no problem with any doctor or organization retaining their private status if they want to and you can pay for that as you see fit to improve your services. Don't hold your breath though waiting for the long lines at their doors from most citizens.

Getting to that step will be painful and bloody and has to be in small phased steps such as tackling each tiny age group each year until all are covered fully. It is the only solution. Nothing containing the components of the current system has any chance for success. Period.
