I certainly hope it doesn't stop with universal health care, heck no. I hope for things to get better; I hope for change, not the dismal status quo.
I'm probably going to be sorry I asked, but what else do you have in mind? And given the nations around the world today, what the heck is your bar for "dismal?"
Keep in mind "change" is not always for the better. I can "change" a room by throwing a grenade into it.
