Actually, he's right, and they don't have a sense of humor, either. Maybe those go together. But alcaray does have a sense of humor, so he'll understand the subject line. I hope.

However, it does take a bit of the "vision thing" to do this. And while I disagree with his particulars, FrankC above does a pretty good job of starting.

If you had gone back to, say 1960 and had Nixon elected, it might have been easier. We would have gone to war with Cuba, they would have used tactical nukes against an invasion fleet, and a nuclear WWIII would have ensued.

And none of us would have been here. "Humans" would, but with a lot of extra heads, that sort of thing.

No Iraq problem. No problems besides finding someone to eat, and learning to live with big, big cockroaches.
