Chris, once again I have to tell you that I am not the person you need to get your answers from. You can contact the Langley PAO for a copy of he report, and I'm sure that they will be glad to send it to you - you can then write your analysis, send it to Dr. Peiser, and others will be able to clear things up for you.

First: Why do you think that only one telescope will be used?

Second: Do you have any idea of the bandwidth and compuying power that NEO survey instruments require? Do you have any idea how difficult it is to provide those in free space?

Third: Dr. Mazanek and the members of his team are among the nations best engineers, while you yourself are not. Given your backgrounds, on what basis do you think their analysis is "nonsense", when the more direct inference might be that perhaps you don't understand their analysis simply because you're unable to understand it?
