How about telling us who will benefit from lunar resources use and how.
I think you need to talk to Harrison Schmitt about He3 before say it's a marginal product. IMHO, it is a worthless product for the Moon as we can create He3 here cheaper than on the Moon.
But, most possible Lunar products come out of tonnes of soil in any case and require vast infrastructure.
