You're Economics Are A Joke
You claim business Expertise yet it only takes an econ 101 understanding to realize you are pushing a load of bull. If the high and mighty financial wizards operate like you want to it is no wonder we have so many enron and worldcom type scandals. I've seen the results of "financial wizardry" up close and it's not a pretty site. Highly paid managers with business degrees thinking synergy is worth big bucks in a merger only to leave a company financially strapped and fighting for its life for years to come. The fundamentals are fundamentals for a reason.
