Same storm, Same FEMA, Same Bush, what gives???

If you have an IQ over 100 you can figure it out...If not Blame Bush.

I'll give you a few hints:

1. The storm grew faster than anyone anticipated.

2. Its The post Hurricane flood not the huricane stupid.

3. Could it be that the local governments could have done something to evacuate their own city when this thing became a cat 5 storm?

4. Florida was better prepared.

5. We need a law that cities have evacuation plans for the poor and homeless on file with the Federal Government...the cities can't shift the blame to the Feds if they themselves don't plan for emergencies...call your Congrssmen now!!!

6. Jesse Jackson can get poor people to the polls but not out of the way of a Hurricane (ok I'll stop now because I'm starting to go into complete partisan hack mode)

the long and short of it is: Wake up. Reality is calling. Washington DC can't save you from everything.
