Who did the cars belong to?

Did they work? Did they have gas? Did their owners have somewhere they could go or the money to get there? Would their whole family fit in the car, or would they have to leave old people or children behind?

So many questions, but you answer them all in your omniscience.

If someone had stolen a car to get out of town, would you have shot him? The last question is, of course, rhetorical. I'm pretty sure I know the answer.

I agree totally about the hospitals. There is no excuse for that.
