We common Americans can't do squat about alQuaeda, or their plans for the Middle East. We can, and shall, protect and defend our own Constitution and the nation it governs, and we won't be distracted by foreign intrigues.

I should not need to remind you al Qaeda actions lead to the Patriot Act, which many civil libertarians argue is Not A Good Thing. What Al Qaeda does overseas should therefore be of intense interest to anyone professing to cherish America's freedoms and Save The Children.

But you go get Monaghan! Sic 'im, boy!
