This is your lucky day. "Captain Stormfield's Visit to Heaven" is on-line, refer to:
http://www.pagebypagebooks.com/Mark_Twain/Captain_Stormfields_Visit_to_Heaven/
This on-line version is missing the prolog from the original book. Fortunately that's not a major omission. "Captain Stormfield's Visit to Heaven" is one of my favorite short stories / novellas by Sam Clemens. However I do have one major quarrel with this story: It's too short! Sam Clemens sets up the characters, the story and gets a nice head of steam. Then suddenly for no clear reason, the story ends. I don't know why Sam Clemens did this. The following website describes the book:
http://www.geocities.com/swaisman/stormfield.htm
The website says the following:
"Released in 1909 by Harper's as a Christmas gift book. Extracts was the last book Mark Twain published during his lifetime."
It's possible the story ended so abruptly because Sam Clemens died before he could finish it. Too bad, It's a great yarn!
