If on the other hand, you know of some kind of proof of this - whatever it is - then I am genuinely interested in seeing it.
If there's no proof, then can you at least give me an idea (if it's one of your two pagers, I doubt I'll read it) why you think energy may not be conserved within a universe with a starting point and/or ending point?
