You should probably think real hard about what the phrase "In any isolated or closed system" (that you used) means.
I don't know of anyone who studies physical law who thinks that what works now, must also have worked before the universe began. Certainly Newton did not. That's like saying that things inside an atom or a singularity must work exactly the same as a billiard ball on a pool table.
You are just finding a fancy way to re-assert that the universe always must have existed, and never started.
