Why do I bother....? I'm not sure but it may be

due to the fact that I challenge your authority on the subject, or it could be that you think that you are superior in some way. Or perhaps it is for the same reason that I answer you, but we are now communicating on an obscure subject, perhaps better left for experts to ponder. We were trying to solve the question of energy.

You have not explained what ENERGY is composed of.

I agree that when electrons and positrons react with each other a large quantity of energy is released
I also believe that the essence that gives mass its density has not disappeared in the said reaction, it has only changed, perhaps the word diluted might be a better description/dissection of the change process.

I also believe that all photons are constructed out of this diluted essence of mass.
The reason I believe in these assertions is the formula that I figured out many years ago.
According to that formula, mass contains (is made up of) both kinetic and potential energy. The kinetic variety is in the form of constant motion of the essence of mass.
