For the record, the machines down in Florida in the 13th district race were not Diebold.
Ohio was investigated up one side and down the other by the Democrats and others (including the left-wing "Nation"). Lord knows they had motivation. They found nothing. But as with the "WTC blown up by explosives" crowd, this doesn't keep hundreds of die-hard kooks from carrying the banner on the internet and elsewhere.
The most damning proof against Republicans routinely cheating their way to victory is that they didn't win this last critical election, including several very close races in important areas. Why stop now if it worked so easily before?
This was not a "blow out" election, except in the number of seats at the end. The voting margins were slim in many races. We followed some big ones here, hour by hour.
