I believe we were talking about people demanding we pull our troops out. A small difference in terminology, but an important one.
You point out one Republican who has been against Bush since he was elected, and has supported pulling out of Iraq since 2005 or earlier. Oddly, you also mention a Democrat who thinks we're doing the right thing in Iraq.
Both are exceptions that prove the rule, like mentioning only Fox News when stating that the media aren't liberal.
