I think it comes down to an issue of tollerance Art.
We are told that we must tollerate people of different races, sexes, sexual orientations, and yes religions.
Either learn how to deal with it or go live in some other intollerate society.
I once got in an argument with someone who was really put out because somebody made an anti-gay remark... I told her that part of tollerance involves tollerating even those who are intollerant.
They are free to express their views. You are free to express theirs. The best thing to do when you reach an inpass of disagreement is walk away.
You can't change them, and they can't change you.
