Well, you're dead wrong

and I never thought I'd say that but it's the first time I've heard you so personalize something like this far beyond where any of us should ever take it.

Mary Anne, shame on you because you just helped to define what our political candidates need to be - abject phonies. They can never have a misstatement. They must be religious. They have to have the right amount of aggressiveness to satisfy the fearful. They can't tailor their message to the audience they're in front of because that one guy with the tape recorder is going to hit the emotional button of somebody was some word they say.

What you're asking in essence then is that they must be carefully scripted at all times, well-rehearsed, and well-oiled. You'll settle for nothing less. Oh yeah, in the end you'll vote for the party to prevent the other neo-con from taking over but in the meantime you had your little rural sensibilities ruffled so Obama needs his hand slapped.

It's exactly why he shouldn't apologize but instead say exactly what I'm saying here, just ask a simple question to the American public. "Did what I say harm your perception of me? Yes? Well then what do you want me to be because the candidates that follow that formula seem to keep getting reelected? From what recent history has shown I should be going as negative as possible because every time that happens the target loses a bit of traction they gained even if they're not participating in the sludge."

Mary Anne, you just dissed Barrack Obama for telling the hard truth as he knows it. Yeah there's exceptions in rural America to his wide sweeping brainstorming. If those exceptions have any sort of self-esteem they know instantly he's not talking about them just as I know when a group of women are male bashing, I'm probably not their target because I'm not some redneck macho pig.

If you dislike the elitism you detected in that audio clip that was never intended for your ears then you better write me off your list of people you like and respect too because I've said and thought many of those same things and each time I did, I had in mind a small segment of our citizens, not every person that sits in a pew in church or owns a hunting rifle.

Am I then ineligible to be President of the United States because there are segments of America that make my skin crawl?

Just think again of what you're asking here.
