You get your extremists under control and we'll get our extremists under control. As Tom's pointed out many times. Giving a helping hand to those in real need isn't the problem. It's the leeches, parasites, and those who want to enslave everyone under a government yoke who's the problem.
Most people have healthcare, and most of them are happy with it. Stop trying to force everyone under a government system and concentrate on those who are without. Help those who are down on their luck due to situations beyond their control, but stop rewarding the deadbeats, welfare queens, and lowlifes. Responsibility should count for something in a free society.
