He goes into places like Penn., Ohio, Indiana, etc with his anti-NAFTA stance, then secretly tells the "enlightened" behind closed doors in places like Canada, and San Fran that he doesn't really mean it. It's just a campaign slogan to get those corn fed crackers to vote for him.
