Boy, you're fun to debate

It's really interesting to be on the other side of an issue from you and see exactly what I expected, that if the person challenging you does it in a way that's not intentionally condescending (I am a man so I slip up in that category from time to time), you engage them on an intellectual level and and do a masterful job of stating your case without personal attacks.

However, if you read Techie's comment above you'd think that Robert and I had insulted you to the core and that you were completely alienated from talking to us as adults from now on.

When will these ideological cretins learn the difference between civil debate and extremist bullying?

It saddens me that you're taking a pass from the primary election regardless of who you'd vote for because one thing that has to be making the Republicans quake in their shoes right now is the fact that unbelievable numbers of Democrats have been turning out to the polls recently. If those same people all show up in the general election, not only will the Presidential election be a cakewalk for the Dems but huge gains could be attained in Congress as well. It's widely known that there are more Democrats nationwide than Republicans and the only thing that has empowered the right has been the liberal voters staying home.

My real fear though is the huge negatives the right will play on if Hillary becomes the nominee and when I heard you so viscerally reacting to Obama's words, it really reinforced the idea that her negativity could actually pull her through this. The recent debate in your state showed just how far her campaign would go to paint Obama as something he is not and to play to the worst fears and traits of America. There was clear collusion from ABC to try to destroy Obama. I think it backfired but you never know.
