Tell me how the New Boss will bring people back to your county by "caring." (Even assuming the population dip is a sign of some disaster.)

The same way he'll lower gas prices by kneecapping the producers and domestic production? Or save jobs in America by shutting off trade, or increase business and commerce by raising taxes?
