The Democratic Party is all about the little guy, and being adversaries of big business and the wealthy. It must be true--it says so right there on the label.
Obviously nobody noticed when all the things--ethics, reforms, anti-lobbying, anti-privileges--that the Democrats ran on in 2006 were quietly shoved under the rug two seconds after they won. They're doing the same things the Republicans were, and sometimes worse.
All the things they vowed to oppose and end, they're voting through right now.
Obama is also shafting the liberals right in front of them, and he's still their hero.
