Boy Scout leaders are male. Same-sex pedophiles are gay. While no one would suggest that any gay scout leader must therefore be a pedophile, any pedophilic scout leader will be gay. Simple logic. I don't see a lot of young women as Boy Scout leaders, but I would not consider that a healthy idea either.
I never saw anyone from NAMBLA that was straight. Oddly, I have not seen any organization dedicated to allowing older women to have sex with minor boys.
