Boy are you ever a Bush apologist. When are you going to take your steenkin rose colored glasses off and smell the rotting garbage?
I told you that the plans for the war were IN PLACE by the fall. They even picked out St. Patrick's Day as their target date. NOTHING was going to stop them. Nothing. Not the UN, not the Pope, not the US anti-war demonstrations or the millions of other protests world wide.
Not the weapons inspectors. No, they had it planned out.
You say it wasn't a oil grab. And I'd disagree. And I'd even disagree with Gary who says "imperialism no longer makes economic sense". Just because it COSTS MONEY TO THE TAXPAYERS, doesn't mean it won't fly with THIS administration. Hey, they don't have to PAY FOR IT. Instead, they use our armies and our tax dollars to legally acquire more oil, more land and more power and the people on both sides be damned.
Suckers!
