QED Tom!
If your claim is that they were bioweapon manufacturing components, and you can't show that they were bio-weapon manufacturing components, then am I wrong to discount your claim?
We know that the machinery on those trailors, as they stand, (together or separately) is not sifficient to undertake any stage of the manufacture of Bio or Chem weapons. They were not identifiable or useful as fermentors, they were not identifiable or useful as drying kilns, they were not climate controlled, they were not identifiable or useful as incubators, they were not identifiable or useful as bio-reactors, they were not sealed against contamination from the outside, they were not sealed against leakage... etc and etc. In no way can we point to them and identify a bioChem manufacturing process that they were suited for.
So if you want to claim that they were ChemBio manufacturing labs, then you have to show traces of WMD manufacture on them. To say they were just potential labs conceeds my point in the first place, but even beyond that you have to show how they could concievably be used in the manufacture of WMD- ie you have to identify a process that they are suited for. NOBODY has been able to do that. YOU can not do this.
The claim from the State Department, from Monsanto, and from the Brit Intel agency that they were partial or dismantled trailors for artillery baloons is more credible then assuming that they were part of some unspecified bioChem manufacturing process that you can't point to, can't determine, can't prove and can't find any evidence to believe in.
Your entire line of reasoning is like me picking up a random doodad in your garage and saying that "This is a part for the manufacture of WMD- since you can't PROVE otherwise, my case is made and therefore I have due cause to shoot you and your family and whoever might be in your house".
Thats really lame reasoning.
Saddam was a shit, who was capable of most any nasty thing you can think of- but that alone does not make random rusted-out equipment BioWarfare factories.

Then reason dictates that they were not being used to manufacture WMD (duh)!!
