So if a known murderer has an AK-47, it's okay if he hasn't actually fired it at anyone yet.

I have proven that the trailers were not hydrogen units. Others have speculated that they were for pesticides, or rocket fuel, but oddly no traces of those elements were found either, which by your standards apparently proves they couldn't have been for those purposes either.

You totally disregard the intelligence from sources in Iraq before the war that told us about these trailers, described them, and said what they were for. Their descriptions closely matched the trailers later found hidden. If these people were lying, they must still have had access to the trailers. Who have we found in Iraq who has stood up and said, "oh, yeah. These are balloon filling trailers." And then demonstrated how they worked?

I don't have access to the classified Defense Intelligence Ageny report, or the classified June 2 State Department memo, which expressed doubts. Neither does anyone else, so like the Kay report, we are getting things filtered through other people. I would give a lot to see the full analyses.

I have no definite proof of what these trailers are for, but I know what they're not. They're not standard military hydrogen production units, of the type actually shipped to Iraq. If they are for rocket fuel, I'd love to know what kind of fuel. I know a little something about rocket fuel, and no fuel handling system I've ever seen looks like this. If they were for hypergols, I wouldn't come within a mile of them.

Maybe they're for making pesticides in remote areas, which I suppose is a unique way of doing things, unlike the rest of the planet that just makes them in factories and runs them out to fields on trucks.
