Oh, I don't doubt that. I think however that, given Tom's prominence on this board, he's enjoyed a somewhat protected status for too long now. There are many people I give a pass to with regards to the post 9/11 response. I clearly know that some folks simply don't have the strength to resist their natural urge to blindly fight back when fear grips them. That period has long since past though.

I don't even seek a reversal, just a simple acknowledgment that a point of view counter to his isn't an assault on America. He has never once shown an ounce of humility on any of his viewpoints. Even when he's conceded mistakes there's always some attack thrown in. Some see consistency as a noble trait. I see only rigid authoritarianism and a basic dislike for mankind.

I say it's time to go for the throat. That's why I recommended Flame.
