Superstition: Confusion about cause and effect.
Over three and a half years the American Left has taken the side of the opposition on every issue having to do with the war. Every single one.
Do you really think that because our enemies criticize Bush, he must be right? Do you really think that Americans who criticize Bush do so only because our enemies do? In what twisted system of "logic" is it impossible for many people to independently conclude that George W. Bush is a fool and an idiot?
Where you see a conspiracy, I see consensus. Consensus is a lot more credible than conspiracy, at least to anyone even partially grounded in reality.
