Cut and run is not jingoism. It stands for pulling out ASAP regardless of consequences. If you had an honest bone in your body you could admit that that's what some Democrats want and also what the terrorists want. But you long since stop trying to be open minded to other views on this issue, back about the time you decided apparently subconsiously that views diametrically opposed to yours on this issue should be oppressed.

Your whole second paragraph is just evasive BS. Failure to come up with alternatives to Bush does not justify all his decisions nore did I claim it did. Stop with the silly strawmen. I'm challenging people to find a solution because it's a difficult problem and I used to think the people here were a cut above average in thinking ability. I used to like this place because people thought about and discussed issues rather than slung slogans and chimed in like dittoheads over rank posts like your last one.

The challenge to liberals is not based on convincing them Bush was right in all matters, but rather that Clinton failed and it is stupid to keep supporting failed policies as an alternative to Bush. Democrats control Congress now thankfully and need to find solutions not fall back on past failures because "they weren't as bad" based on some myopic assumption that somehow 911 came about only in the 9 months Bush was in office.
