So was it emotion or reason that broke our bonds with the British?
Tell me reason alone would've convinced the British we didn't need their rule anymore and that reason would have inspired men to fight in the conditions it did.
Tell me that the founding fathers of our country were dull monotonous speakers like Bush and Lieberman and never issued forth a fiery and eloquent narrative. If you can't do that then tell me to my face that every passionate speech in the media in our history has been motivated only by ego and a quest for power.
(oh and by the way, when I talk about fiery speeches I'm not referring to attack dogs like Ann Coulter that go after people's dead children and ping on their personal misfortune.) She's just a whore.
