Tom B the "House Manager"
Ah how your response brings back memories. Every time Clinton's lawyers asked the House Managers what the specific charges were they would point to a huge pile of papers and say "the charges are over there."
As if it is the defense's responsibility to identify the charges in a 275 page document!?
You think all indictments have every bit of the investigative background incorporated into them?
No, they have the specific charges listed in a clear way. Not general statements, but clear specific details of the alleged crimes. IT IS YOU pointing to a 275 page document with "every bit of the investigative background incorporated into them" and saying "Those are the charges." WTF?
I'm laughing at you Tom! You STILL don't even know what the specific charges were! You have egg on your face and you won't admit it! "He lied under oath. He lied under oath. He lied under oath. He lied under oath." WHAT THE HELL WAS THE LIE!? YOU DON'T KNOW.
How's this, just answer the first one from Article I.
What was the "perjurious, false and misleading testimony to the grand jury concerning (1) the nature and details of his relationship with a subordinate Government employee"? What did he say Tom? Details.
As for the Articles of Impeachment being legally flawed, I recall a large number of attorneys at the time saying so for exactly the reason I have spelled out.
