Scooter lied to the grand jury. Proven. Had his day in court. Was convicted. End of story. A Judge sentenced him within federal guidelines and consistent with extant case law. Sorry if that does not jibe with your unreal political nonsensibilities.

Bush's act doesn't even insist upon the innocence of Scooter- just merely places him above punishment.
