I guess the real problem here is that "aides" to the President and Vice President's offices are the fall guys for the real perpetraitors behind the Plame outing. Why we can't even GET Bush or Cheney to even testify!They think the law is above them. They weasel out of everything they are investigated for and throw their sub-ordinates to the dogs to protect them. After they've done a good job and everyone's had a good chew, they excuse him ("Hey brother, I've got your back") Libby looked cocky on his release and Cheney in his usual form, was swearing under his breath.

Cheney has to be beside Bush, holding his hand during every testimony, which is off the books, off the record.....C'mon Tom...........once again you are brushing away the forest to save one tree.
