Richard Armitage......a man with a 20" neck, massive shoulders, crooked teeth, looks like the villain in Batman and who once claimed he "liked to strangle his enemy with his own bare hands".

THAT's the kinda bulldog we need to enforce our foreign policy around here. Who wants to take him to court? For one, he'd make bad press. Two, he'd strangle anyone who sent him to court.
