First let me state that I support everything you're saying about the idiotic charges that were leveled at Clinton. Other than the fling with Monica, none of them ever really held any water.

However, let me remind you and everyone else that impeachment of a president is not a legal action but a political one. The charges could've been that the man bit his nails wrong and the Constitution clearly allows the legislative branch to run the guy out of office. High crimes and misdemeanors (which I'm pretty sure isn't even a phrase in the Constitution) could be a parking violation.

That said, why are we dicking around with trying to find minutia evidence of wrongdoing of Bush, Cheney, Gonzales or any of the morons?

Let's just impeach the bastards because they piss us off.
