Not sure I get your point on Custer. What it comes down to is that after a couple of years of investigation, the only indictments that dribbled out had nothing at all to do with the leaks themselves. In any other circumstance, i.e. a Democrat in the dock, liberals would have hooted this case out of town. And, as I remember, they have.

Of the articles I found on Clinton's testimony, all quoted the Time Magazine article. I'm aware of this because there was an extended period some months back when the Time article wasn't online any more and my bookmark didn't work. I spent quite a bit of time looking for some other source, and had to settle for a second-hand one quoting Time. There may be more out there by now. You're welcome to show me up.
