I hope you can at least begin to have a molecule of understanding as to why the specific charges where omitted from the articles of impeachment. THEY WERE SO PATHETICALLY MINUTE that even the drafters knew to leave them out and stay with general charges without any specific details. That is an incontrovertable fact.
The same holds true for the other charges. NONE are provable. Corrupting witness charges were denied by all the principles involved, but of course Ken Starr didn't believe them so he put forward the charges anyway. It would have been thrown out of any court. Efforts to defraud the justice system? That was Clinton invoking executive privilage to not go before a grand jury. When it was ruled he must go he did. He was attempting a legal avenue to avoid his persecutors. How is that defrauding the justice system? Again, NONE of this was detailed because it was all frivolous.
Now, contrast this to the way Bush/Cheney have trashed the justice system! Political firings and refusal to hand over records. Cheney trying to abolish the oversight committee! How about outing spys for political reasons!? How about manufacturing false evidence to start wars that have left thousands of people dead and maimed!?
How you can defend these assholes and continue to claim the witch hunt against Clinton over cheating on his wife was justified shows that your moral compass is completely out of wack. You are apparently completely partisan and have no objective moral balance.
