Shouldn't the doctor know what procedure was legitimate or not?
Afterall they are there to provide health, meaning caring for the patient and resolve the current problem or illness.
What ever he/she chooses to use to cure a patient should always be legitimate.
I hope you are understanding I am not talking about liposuckscion or botox injections... Unless they are done to save a life.
There are plenty of private hospitals and doctors that are willing to get their moneys worth for those operations... and those are the ones that have 4 or 5 cars in their garage too but end up being stressed...
I am going to break an arrow for you here. No health care system is perfect. In Italy we had a problem with a public doctor who created a cocktail of medicines that he tried on patients and noticed that it cured (in most cases) a certain type of cancer. He was not supposed to try new medicine on patients like that and got thrown out of the public service... but I think he is doing ok now in the private sector.

there will be no need to try and figure out if an expense is legitimate or not?
