again you assuming that all americans will be sick and spend $4500 a year.
Grab that average number for Canadians and multiply it with the number of patinents that Canada had that same averaged year.
Then we can talk about a solid figure that makes sense...
arbitrarily multiplying that average by 300 million americans is just shoving the claculator up someones .... can I say arse?
