Its interesting to see you focus on my statement on Newcomb and trying to find evidence that he supported aviation research and not providing any evidence this Zubrin guy knows anything about his subject. As I said I have never seen him at any of the conferences on hydrogen or alternate fuel automobiles. If he’s such an expert why isn’t he there or at least writing in the journals on energy or automotive engineering then in the New Atlantis?
Also every author leaves themselves some wiggle room. I am sure a generation now Yeti Junior will be claiming that Zubrin wasn’t really against a hydrogen economy at all and point to some obscure statements in his article to prove his point.
Meanwhile, if you have no evidence to provide Zubrin right, then the debate is over. Go back to scaring your campers who come looking for you in their Hydrogen fueled SUVs.
You know, its no wonder space hasn't progressed in 40 years with folks that fight the future like you and the rest of you on this board do.
