Why not collect it from the Sun? Big ginormous latticework electromagnetic funnels pointed at the Sun like cornucopiae stationed at SEL-4 & 5. funnrl it down into a collector then ship it to cislunar space. A 4.5Bn year power supply is nothing to scoff at.
